The hotel is in a remote area with poor public transport. Security appears lacking, and rooms need better cleaning standards!!! Attention to maintenance is overdue, especially those outdated bathrooms!!!

Not bad for a family getaway

The breakfast was pretty decent, lotta choices, even some fresh pastries. And man, the staff were super friendly, treated us like we were regulars!

I had a great time enjoying the clean, comfy room and snagging a cold drink by the seasonal outdoor pool after a long day. The sun loungers were perfect for chilling out, and the garden area was a lovely spot to relax. The only thing was that I wanted a bit more variety at breakfast, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

The stay featured exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience, alongside a fantastic buffet breakfast with a vast selection. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable retreat after exploring. However, the hotel's location, isolated in an industrial area, posed significant transportation challenges, especially with costly taxi rides. Additionally, the pool was unexpectedly closed during our visit, which was disappointing in warm weather.

We had a great time on our group trip! The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed exploring Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este. The fitness center and recreational facilities kept us entertained throughout our stay. Definitely a fun place to unwind with friends.

One downside was the breakfast timing. It ended too early, and a few mornings we missed out on some items, which was frustrating when we wanted to eat before heading out.

The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, aiding with luggage and offering valuable local recommendations. The spacious hallways made it easy for me to navigate, and the overall decor was friendly and inviting, giving a warm atmosphere.

Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect relaxation after exploring. The breakfast selection was delightful, and staff were genuinely warm.

However, locating the hotel was a challenge, as signage was minimal, and the restaurant’s early closing time left us scrambling for dinner.

The fabulous pool was perfect for lounging with a drink, and the evening meals were excellent, especially the Carbonara. Plus, the spacious and clean rooms made us feel right at home.

The outdoor pool was the highlight for us! It was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. However, the location is pretty remote, making it tricky to get around without a car. 🚗
